Carroll and his wife were involved with 4-H for many years. He would build the floats for the local Grange Fair Parade. When talking to his daughter about doing something special for him, she shared details about his involvement with 4-H. So I made some calls to the headquarters at the fair and the 4-H office to see if we could get him to be part of the parade this year for recognition of hisYears of service. The 4-H remembered him and his wife and gave things to decorate the car for him to be in the parade. So on August 25, with the help of his daughter Janice, we made his dream come true to be a part of the parade with 4H. It was a great day for him!
