When ordering steak, Stanley used to tell the servers, "just knock the horns off". Stanley wanted to enjoy a steak just the way he likes it. We found out all the details of his favorite meal and got to work!
Our fearless dietary leader seared the steak over the open flames on her gas stove, prepared the baked potato with sour cream and cheese, and peeled the fresh peach. We also picked up a piece of two crust apple pie for him from 'What's for Dessert.'
Stanley was in heaven. He loved that rare steak and ate almost every bite of the meal. He also enjoyed the special apple pie. He told his family about his dream meal and they were also very appreciative.
