Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and oversee general office operations
- Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls to appropriate staff
- Provide customer services for a variety of programs
- Prepare materials for meeting and take notes
- Assist with Special Event and Conference Planning
- Provide administrative support for convention registration and on-site logistics for convention
- Provide administrative support for Board of Directors Meetings
- Provide administration of CEU applications and offerings for Second Wind Dreams
- Provide administrative support for grant/membership conversions
- Partner with Outreach, sales and other programs to support the SWD marketing plan
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and high level of proficiency with Excel
- A minimum of 3 years administrative work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer services experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the non-profit sector a plus
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Knowledge of standard office procedures
- Event planning experience a plus
